Chooses CAP60 Agency Data Management System

LOS ANGELES, CA- SEPTEMBER 1ST, 2013 – CAP60, the premier Community Action Agency Data Management System solution provider, announced today it has been awarded a contract from Project BRAVO, Inc., located in El Paso, Texas.,  Project BRAVO is one of the largest Community Action Programs in the State of Texas, serves over 30,000 low-income residents in the county of El Paso, and has an annual budget of over $10 million dollars..

The contract between CAP60 and Project BRAVO will be implemented in 2014.  Currently both organizations are working on a complete data migration from the existing system and software customization that will allow Project BRAVO to better track client outcomes as they work to transition people out of poverty. CAP60 Solution was selected after complete due diligence done by a selected committee within the agency and a successful completion of a competitive RFP process.

CAP60 is highly integrated and includes real time reporting, application in-take, eligibility indicators, case management, volunteer tracking, and follow-up reminders among other processes to increase process efficiency, productivity, and information tracking.

In addition to providing Agency Wide System, CAP60 also provides direct data connection to other programs such as the National Energy Audit Tool (NEAT) used in Weatherization assessments and the National PIR (Head Start) System.

Kohan emphasized that CAP60 products are ideal for web access for all centers and agencies and provided agency wide “Unduplicated Client Count Report”.
