We have been using CAP60 at Del Norte Head Start for almost four years now. We have been able to utilize many of the modules and have found the Family, Education, and Health modules to be particularly comprehensive and helpful. The centralization of the data has shortened the time it takes to prepare the end of year PIR report. CAP60 has worked very well for our programs.

With Cap60, BMAC mandated a solidified, standardized and universal approach to data collection and entry. The obvious benefit for BMAC with Cap60 is the CAP Reports module. As confidence in our data improves, the CSBG Report becomes a strong asset to our agency. The Demographics Report is frequently used to satisfy requests from State, County and City governments with minimal effort on our part. The current level of integrity in our data is a result of our diligence plus problem solving help from Cap60’s support staff and we have developed a close working relationship with our Cap60 support. Questions or concerns are addressed in a respectable time frame; a definite rapport has been established. We now have accomplished automatic mapping of services to goals and customized services to clearly reflect program activity.

Since August 2011, CAP60 has provided setup, mapping, ongoing maintenance and support for the community Action Agencies in Louisiana. Over the years, they have been cost effective, flexible, reliable and capable of understanding our needs. They have worked with our agencies to develop and provide customized reports that are user friendly and have provided countless hours of training. They have gone above and beyond to provide the assistance needed in making CAP60 a successful statewide system such as the creation and implementation of the CAP60 Lite which shortens the intake process. They have provided great customer service and have promptly responded and followed through with all issues and concerns until they were effectively resolved. CAP60 has been persistent and committed to ensuring that our agencies receive continuous support and training that streamlines the data collection and reporting process for the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) program.

Prior to CAP60 we did everything manually. CAP60 has provided us with a client tracking/management tool with the ability to have reports at our fingertips. CAP60 makes it easy to access client information. It provides our staff with access to client information without having to search individual files. It also gives us the ability to track service statuses like applied, approved, pending, and completed. It even assists with the tally of client characteristics and services.

CAP60 has allowed our agency to be part of innovation. We have built a foundation of trust.
